Becky Lindholm
Whether it’s hiking, biking, yoga or training for a marathon, Becky uses exercise to keep herself healthy, balanced and to enhance her experience of life. From a young age her father, a former marine, taught her to challenge her mind and body through exercise. As a result, fitness and an overall sense of adventure have been constant and integral parts of her life.
In 2001 Becky moved from rural Pennsylvania to Southern California on a whim and immediately felt at home. The immersion into the culture of self-improvement along with her playful enthusiasm for all things fitness, led her down the natural path of becoming a trainer.
Becky’s approach to her classes mirror how she approaches life. With a little creativity, fun and hard work you will discover your own ability to push past your physical and mental limitations. Expect to learn, laugh, sweat and be the best version of you.
