Located conveniently in Woodland Hills, Group Interval Training has been designed to meet the fitness requirements of anyone who wants to exercise in the most effective and efficient way.
We only use the finest equipment to ensure maximum results with no injury or strain. Our Woodway treadmills are used by elite athletes in their training regimes.
All Group Interval Training classes are led by
certified personal trainers.
The G.I.T. Fit classes are designed for participants at every fitness level. And yes, even beginners can do interval training.
Street parking is plentiful and free.
Fresh water and towels are complimentary.
Private and semi-private training is also available.
