Class Overview
All classes are led by qualified personal trainers and interval training specialists.
Classes are kept small a maximum of 12 people in order for each participant to get personal attention.
Classes are designed to motivate and challenge any and all levels of fitness from the novice to the athlete.
Water and towels are freely available.
