CARDIO DRILLS: Are you looking for a high intensity, calorie burning, fat busting, heart conditioning workout? Then this is your class! Cardio Drills utilizes various equipment, bodyweight training, and Plyometric drills to elevate your heart rate and keep it up. Progressive and challenging Cardio Drills will leave you wanting more!

 

BALLS & ROPES: Train your entire body with this old school, classic, and no nonsense workout. Balls & Ropes combines speed, resistance and agility training to give you the ultimate workout. These exercises challenge your core and shape your physique like nothing you’ve experienced before!

 

TREAD/TRX: This class features the TRX. TRX is a full body resistance workout that emphasizes body alignment to build muscular strength and core stability. Combined with treadmill drills Tread/TRX will strengthen your muscles as you shred the calories.

 

CIRCUIT CIRCUIT: This fun and fast pace workout challenges the entire body by circuit training. No routines here, this class changes every workout to keep your muscles guessing and your mind challenged.

 

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING: Anything and everything goes with this class; featuring the Woodway treadmill, free‐weights, TRX suspension training, speed
 ropes, stability balls, Bosu balls, body‐weight training exercises and always intense core work with stretching to finish it out.

 
POWER BOX:  If you have ever wanted to train like a boxer then this class is for you.  Power Box brings you an intense hour of heavy bag work, one on one punching, and insane cardio conditioning!
 
 
TONE & SCULPT: One of our most popular classes, Tone & Sculpt targets the lower and upper body using bands, dumbbells, steps, balls along with treadmill intervals. 
 
 
TREAD/PILATES: You will get the heart pounding benefits of interval cardio training accompanied by the rehabilitative movements of the Pilates method.
 
 
HARD CORE TRAINING: Get ready to reduce fat, increase lean muscle, and improve your stamina! Each high-energy session incorporates intense muscle sculpting, treadmill endurance drills, and focused core training.  All leading up to achieving that hard core body!
